You may be wondering…

Do I need to be good with technology?

All you need is a phone, a tablet, or a computer with a microphone. You open Héritage in your web browser and record your answers out loud. There is nothing to install. You can also write, if you prefer.

Is it artificial intelligence that does the writing?

Yes. It draws on the memories you have told to suggest a text. It can make mistakes: you can check the story against your recordings, then correct each chapter.

Will I recognize myself in this book?

Héritage prepares a story from what you tell. AI can make mistakes: you read over each chapter, correct a detail, or change a phrase. You have the last word on your story.

Who can see my memories?

Your memories are private: they are not published on the site. AI processes them to prepare your story. You choose who to share your book with. Our Privacy page explains how your data is handled.
